49ers K Eddy Piñeiro is questionable with an illness

49ers kicker Eddy Piñeiro is questionable to play against the Dolphins because of an illness. 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said the team will sign a kicker to the practice squad on Saturday as insurance in case Piñeiro can't play.
